Cancellation

Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting [email protected] or 0543 445 12 71. Payment is refunded to the original payment method.

Returns

You may return a product within 14 days of delivery. It must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and preferably in its original packaging. Products whose packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

Damaged or faulty products

If the parcel is damaged on delivery, have a report drawn up and notify us immediately. Faulty products are exchanged or refunded and we cover the shipping cost.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 14 days after the returned product reaches us and is checked. The time for card refunds to appear depends on your bank.
