Buyer: the person whose name, address and contact details are entered during checkout.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered online, as described with their prices in the order summary, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Products, price and payment

The type, quantity, VAT-inclusive price, shipping cost and payment method are shown in the order summary and in the order confirmation email.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the buyer within the statutory 30-day period. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer as shown in the order summary.

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons or paying a penalty, by notifying [email protected] in writing. The seller refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the notice; the buyer returns the product within 10 days.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, or to products personalised at the buyer’s request.

7. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer’s place of residence are competent within the limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
