Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Mehmet Benzer (Serra Home) (“Serra Home”), as data controller, processes your personal data as described below.

Data processed

Identity (name), contact (email, phone, address), customer transaction (order, payment and return details), company and tax details for wholesale customers, and transaction security data (IP address, session logs).

Purposes and legal grounds

Processing orders, payments, deliveries, invoices and returns (performance of contract); compliance with legal obligations; information security (legitimate interest); and, with your explicit consent, sending marketing messages.

Transfers

Your data may be shared, limited to these purposes, with shipping companies, the payment institution (Tosla / Aköde), IT service providers, accountants and competent authorities. We do not store your card details.
