1. Scope

These terms apply to orders by businesses buying for commercial or professional purposes and approved as wholesale customers. Such purchases are not consumer transactions; the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply and the Turkish Commercial Code governs.

2. Membership and approval

Wholesale prices are shown to customers whose application has been approved. The seller may decline an application or withdraw approval.

3. Prices and orders

Unless stated otherwise, wholesale prices exclude VAT. Products are sold according to the carton quantity and minimum order quantity shown on the product page. A minimum order amount may apply.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card, bank transfer or, for approved customers, on account. Account terms and limits are set per customer.

5. Delivery

Orders are prepared after payment (or order confirmation for account customers). Shipping costs and lead times are shown in the order summary.

6. Defects and returns

Goods must be inspected within 8 days of delivery and obvious defects reported in writing within that period. Defective products are replaced or refunded.
